Hi, my name is Hayley,  I am a mom to two beautiful girls & married to an incredibly supportive go-getter husband. I am also a Life  & Mental Health Coach. I started exercising regularly at the age of 16 & shortly after realized how important mental health is alongside physical health. I then qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2005 & Life Coach in 2010. Since then I have continued to study various aspects of mental health and I am now busy with a Masters in Psychology.

I help females put themselves front & center of their own journey, by giving them the self-belief and tools to achieve their optimal wellbeing in body, mind, and soul.

We work together on improving your self-esteem, self-confidence & self-worth. I can show you how to take more risks, be brave & bold, reach your goals faster, and care less about what others think or expect of you!

I have used the last decade & put intense passion into coaching women physically, mentally & emotionally to overcome limiting thoughts & behaviors, so they can be their ideal selves and live their best lives!
